Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the time of the appointment. GGT only allows 2 reschedules of an appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled more than 2 times, 100 percent of the appointment will have to be paid before rescheduling.
Please be respectful of this policy, as it will be harder for you to book again with me in the future.
If you plan on being late to your appointment please communicate with Alissa as soon as possible.

50% cancellation fee is charged for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
Please note that refunds are not issued for appointments that have been fully paid for and where the service has been completed.
